About
We are absolutely passionate about the power of culture, language, and the potential for technology to help make information available to the world.
Our team is guided by multicultural and multilingual veterans; each with decades of professional experience in the fields of cultural consulting, language services and technology. Our core focus is on deeply resonant messaging that speaks to specific cultural groups across all media in any language.
We believe that messaging that is tuned to the languages and cultures of your audience is profoundly more meaningful and has a direct impact on the bottom line of your company and the success of any campaign.
Our Philosophical Compass for Communication:
It's been said that accounting is the language of business. We disagree. Customers do not speak accounting. Customers speak wants, needs, costs, value, and if you're lucky: brand devotion. They speak about their experiences with your products and services - both good and bad. They do that in English but also in Spanish, Chinese, Russian, French, German, Arabic and many other languages. We believe that if you want your customers to spread the word about your business, share and interact with your campaign, or just talk positively about your brand, speak to them honestly and authentically in their own language.
Services
We help people communicate in any language through authentic, creative and culturally resonant messaging. We offer a variety of services that can help you.
Cultural consulting is a powerful tool to gain insights into different cultural groups to develop deeply impactful messaging to your audience. We always recommend some time with our cultural consultants before embarking on a new multicultural or multilingual campaign to finely tune your messaging before getting to the production phase.
We can translate your information-based content or transcreate your creative marketing copy. Transcreation is a wholly different process than translation and can be considered similar to copy writing using your initial copy as a base and developing new copy with the help of your creative brief. Both translation and transcreation can be done in dozens of languages.
We provide AI-assisted and human edited transcription to keep costs down and manage large volumes of text.
We localize your audio/video content using subtitling, closed captions for hearing impaired audiences and ADA compliance. Our team can provide videos with embedded titles or SRT/VTT files for your production team. We support any language including right to left languages like Arabic and Persian.
We offer you the choice of human or AI generated presenters for your text to speech needs and even for on-camera talent. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, we can create custom solutions for synthetic avatars and voice cloning which can be paired with text to speech in the dozens of languages that we offer.

76%
The Importance of Language in Business: A 2020 survey conducted by CSA Research of 8,709 consumers in 29 Countries found that 76% prefer purchasing products with information in their own language and 40% will not buy from websites in other languages.
The size of the U.S. Latino market measured by GDP was $2.6 Trillion in 2018. If the U.S. Latino market was its own country, it would be the 8th largest economy in the world and the largest Latino market in the world - more than twice the size of Mexico. When compared to the non-Latino U.S. cohort, the Latino cohort grew 4.5 times faster in terms of GDP, implying most of the U.S. growth came from the Latino population. Put another way, had it not been for strong growth in the U.S. Latino market, the U.S. economy would have likely contracted between 2017 and 2018.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
The U.S. is becoming more and more diverse every year. According to U.S. Census data, more than 40% of Americans identify with a race or ethnic group other than white and 22% of Americans do not speak English at home.
Businesses have struggled to create and maintain diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs for some time now. One of the most cited reasons for failure is the perception of “checkbox diversity”. Both internal staff and customers have a wide variety of cultural, ethnic and language backgrounds that are often overlooked in most DEI efforts. Our goal is to help you communicate with your culturally and linguistically diverse audiences in authentic and trusted ways.
